Online Programming

Our multi-disciplinary team complete with Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist and Occupational Therapist, has over 20 years’ experience in private practice, sports injury and team management, rehabilitation and prevention programming. With active registrations with AHPRA, APA and ESSA governing bodies; we can assist with anything from an individuals’ common injuries, to amateur and professional athletes.

 

Our team look after all musculoskeletal injuries and conditions of all levels; with certificates in dry needling, mobilisation and strength and conditioning techniques. Our experience with athletes and sporting teams span across; weightlifting, powerlifting, Crossfit, Rugby, Golf, running, dance, swimming and more.

 

We operate out of a rehabilitation and performance gym in Toowong, Brisbane, and are providing access to our skills and advice on an online platform for those needing access remotely or online. Be a part of our community and let our team help improve your health and fitness.

The Program

Cost: $20p/w | 45min Consult | 15min Review Consults | Weekly Tailored Programming

Sign-up & book your initial consult. You can book online, via email or over the phone.

Attend your initial consultation.This can be either online via skype/messenger or in our facility.

Recieve & follow your weekly program.Your personalized program will include step-by-step instructions & an instructional video.

  Book & attend your progress assessment. Monthly progress assessments will ensure you get the best possible results from your exercise program.

Amateur + Professional Athletes

We tailor programs for athletes to ensure they are well-rounded, achieve their goals and stay injury free. There is nothing worse than getting injured after putting in a lot of hard work. Our team is committed to ensuring your training gets the desired results and is beneficial to you. A lot of sports programming is specific to a sports goal, which is great for that goal, but often leads to imbalances, weaknesses, overtraining and ultimately injury. We work with athletes at every level to pinpoint and addresses these issues, to help guarantee their fitness goals are achieved.

General + Remote Services

Telehealth is a service provided by Effectus to assist clients in regional, rural or remote areas with diagnosis and programming through telecommunication technology. We recommend this service for anyone unable to physically make it to the clinic regularly; those suffering with work strains, sore joints or muscles. We believe every client should have access to quality and regular treatment and programming; telehealth eliminates the inconvenience of travel for those unable or in remote areas.
