Convenient electronic programs, allowing you to follow your program at home.
Regular ongoing assessment to ensure you are reaching your goals.

Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy is the use of water for therapy, rehabilitation and recovery. The unique properties of water (including reduced gravity and increased buoyancy) can help to reduce pain and swelling, increase function and allow a range of movement not yet possible on solid ground. We can provide hydrotherapy programming and guidance to complement your recovery.
Massage

Telehealth
Telehealth is the provision of healthcare services via video.
We can setup virtual sessions with your health professional, who can take you through your rehab or exercise sessions, just like they would in person. This can be done 1v1 with a carer or support worker, or in group sessions. It should be noted that telehealth does not change your current funding/billing.
There are numerous studies that show virtual sessions are just as effective as face to face consults. So don’t wait to start achieving your goals.
What you need for a session:
+ Computer, tablet or phone
+ Internet connection
+ 2-3 metre space to perform exercises
+ Optional: exercise equipment
and headphones
